ONE-TIME REMOTE SUPPORT AVAILABLE For those who are not ready for an ongoing network support and maintence package, Sekweta offers one-time Remote Support service. Call our Network Operations Center and follow the option for Technical Support. A Sekweta administrator will direct you to our website to click on a special link that will enable one-time remote access to your PC to diagnose the problem. The emergency access software is one-time use only, and after the support session ends, Sekweta will have no further access to your system.
REQUIREMENTS Your system must be bootable and connected to the Internet in order to use our Remote Support option. If a Sekweta administrator is not able to connect to your PC, we will not be able to provide one-time Remote Support.
